Don't know if it is intended, but want to point out that the quest with the ink pot in Arborea is not possible to do for a Tshahark due to racism on one of the involved person.
Just thought I'd mention it.

Another quest that's difficult (if not impossible) for harks to start are the Kelric quests, given Kerz's racism. This is sorta problematic as it's a fairly long chain of quests.

Arborean racism towards tshaharks is very real and 100% intended.

Not all quests are available to all types of characters.
