Has there been another outage?

All I get is this message

Connected to host geas.franken.de

but it won't "load" any of the login screen text.

is anyone having a similar issue? (I know Angeal is having a similar problem)

Having the same problem.
Getting the Connected to message but running into a timeout afterwards.

You see? It is pretty damn dangerous to leave that tundra tower open! After all it is a portal into another world. Maybe it finally imploded and sucked up Forostar ...

If at all, I bet someone without proper knowledge attempted to close it. Never let amateurs handle such things....

Tsk Tsk! :|

My last hop:

kr-uni-regensburg.x-win.dfn.de [188.1.230.102]

Do not really remember if there was another hop behind it or if the next one is the mud - so it could be the mud itself that is down.

I remember that it was one of the routers before the mud the last few times.

The strange thing is that the redirect forum.geas.de works - that was down the last time, so the DNS is working and that points more towards the mud itself.

My last hop was
9 xr-reg1-te1-3.x-win.dfn.de (188.1.146.178) 15.734 ms * 15.991 ms
an hour ago

now I too have
10 * kr-uni-regensburg.x-win.dfn.de (188.1.230.102) 16.513 ms 16.597 ms
as last hop

So its likely a dead network component (or a misguided networker :))

Ah, looks like a misguided Netowrker

Now
9 kr-uni-regensburg.x-win.dfn.de (188.1.230.102) 15.995 ms 15.734 ms 33.254 ms
Is my 9th hop, server does not seem to know the next hop

I pretty much slept the day away. Thank you for not connecting Geas, you helped me catch up on my beauty sleep. :D

But seriously. Come back soon. Please. :|
