Appraise question

If it's no bug or an idea, but it's still MUD-related, it goes here.

Appraise question

#1 Post by Nerzul » Thu Mar 05, 2015 10:30 am

Hi all,
So Nerzul recently met Luminier( it was great putting a face to the name after reading all your posts on here) and when I appraised him I saw he was 150kg. Unless im doing the math wrong thats about 330 lbs. So my question, is Luminier just massive, or am I taking into account his armour or since Nerzul is dumber than a box of rocks, my appraisal is way off?

The appraised weight includes everything the character wears and carries.

"Do be do be do" - Frank Sinatra

Both, you are as bright as a weatherworn rock and just bad at appraise, and the total weight of the object is shown.

Hahahaha. Not getting enough cardio riding that unicorn! It does make sense my appraisal is WAY off because now that i think of it I did estimate him to be about 4 and a half feet tall. Thanks for replies everyone

Wait. If Luminier is a cube, what does that make the 500 pound, 9' 1" Skragna?

The result of appraise base on the appraise skill and of course if a char wears a battle-armour or similar it can be a very high result.
