what counts as idling in this case?

If it's no bug or an idea, but it's still MUD-related, it goes here.

10) A character needs to have accumulated at least 10 days of play
time to be eligible for reincarnation. This does not include time
spent idling.
I have a character with an age of 14 d 2 h 51 m 1 s
That cannot reincarnate, so I am wondering what counts as "idling" so I can avoid it so I can do the reincarnate soon.

If your chars stands only in a room and do nothing -> idle
If you chars does actions -> non idle
