It seems that the stamina regeneration bug has been fixed, but it reveals a possible problem that stamina regeneration values in combat are too low.
It seems far too easy to bottom out...and once there, you would assume that eventually a special's worth of stamina would have regenerated. That doesn't seem to happen at a quick enough rate to be fun.
I don't mind something to slow down specials spamming, but it seems like instead of a throttle it's a hard stop.

It wouldn't hurt for this regeneration to be boosted to where you notice it. What about total combat fatigue? Maybe restoring stamina drains fatigue a bit, so that over a long, drawn out fight you will actually just get too tired to continue. It already seems like some characters can just fight all day without getting tired.

There was a bug fixed recently that addressed unwanted extremely high regeneration in combat under certain conditions. It's actually very much a factor now if you're fighting at delay 0.
