Though if you meant the idea of a fully armoured human warrior with a 10ft lance like Luminier fighting a cool elven assassin like Tessa, then yes that would be exceptionally awesome my imagination floods with ideas.

But to clarify the actual length, 3 metres... around 10 ft.
1 meter = 3.2808399 feet

'... and a 10-Foot Pole' is a very useful RPG Sourcebook, with reasonable item values
for everything a char needs from the stone age up to modern times.
