I think the "Bugbear camp" firmly establishes goblinoids evacuating their bowels everywhere.

Well dung can be used as fuel. Troll dung perhaps even more so. Anything the troll eats the transforms having some properties of the troll. In this case vulnerability to fire. One could use troll dung to light campfires even heavy downpours, troll dung in a slightly more runny, liquid state could function like napalm. Rock solid troll dung could be polished and sold as fake adamantite.
