While I can empathize with people who are sleeping it off in odd places (not that this ever happened to me, no no), I most definitely wouldn't pick Berlin for that.

I also don't trust horses and prefer to be transported in faithful wheelbarrows commandeered by trusted friends. Again, not that this ever happened to me, but if....
