okay probably a stupid question, but....
what kind of leather armours can an elf wear on their neck/head, i know the cap goes on the head, anything for the neck, if so where bouts can it be bought? Or...what about would someone want for this item? (i dont know if its ooc, but if it is considered ooc please ignore that last question)

leather gorget for the neck should be fine not sure where to find it none of my chars use it perhaps in elvandar?

There are no common leather gorgets anywhere that I know of. The only ones I've seen available are either guild or custom items.

Yep...if you are not in a guild which offers such items or in really good relations with such a guild your best bet is Xuchal the dwarf in Elvandar.

Some of the heavier leather jackets in Elvandar protect the neck fairly well. I would recommend trying them out before you order a custom for 10+ gold.

You could wear a necklace? I don't know if they help that much.
