I wonder what can be considered power emoting or not, when some things (such as poke, slap, bop, choke, gag, etc.) are coded mud commands. Unless those are considered power emotes, too.

Why? For the worst case I think that's perfect. Of course it depends on whether the person is willing to change, etc, but in the worst case, I think punishment is fine.
