Unfortunately I don't know if it's possible to import the old Avatars, so you might have to upload them again.

You really need to go back to your muppets Avatar. It was the best. Ever.

Yeah I couldn't help but notice that Abharsair is a Longhorn fan. Well, Austin is a great city, but the Aggies reign supreme (except in sports, academics, or stuff to do in their hometown).

I fell in love with the city after I stumbled by accident into a Lonestar Rollergirls roller derby and had an authentic Texas BBQ.

Man, now you're making me miss Texas. Not that Chicago is so bad.

Well, we have had several 100+ degree days lately, and its getting old. But you should still come back. I've been a tourist to Chicago and some little town near there called Naperville. What I saw was nice, but I didnt see the '8 mile' area. Is that even in Chicago?

Dang, where are you? I live down by Washington Park, off Cottage Grove, in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Near the Black P Stones and Mickey Cobra gangs.

Wow, Naga, your gangs sound all exotic. Do they have danceoffs to settle disputes?

Ha, Naga, I'm unfortunately not in "Chicago", but in the burbs. I'd love to meet you some time though - you might tire of my hero worship too quickly, I fear. You do go to UC, right? I got rejected, blah. Not that I could have paid for it.

I think 8 Mile is in Detroit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/8_Mile_Road

I always hated Texas.

Of course the whole year I was there, I was getting my ass chewed out at Lackland AFB and Camp Bullis.

The heat during the summer was almost unbearable.

Austin is nice. The music scene there kicks ass and there are tons of barbies warlking around. San Antonio isnt a bad city either. Visiting Texas is very much like visiting another country. Not only the landscape but the people really do see themselves as Texans more than Americans which is kind of refreshing.

Anyone know the name of that waterpark town south of San An? Its something german....

Schlitterbahn is the name of the waterpark, and it is HUGE! It is 20 or so minutes north of San Antonio, in New Braunsfels.

"Schlitterbahn" in New Braunsfels?
Now I know where the German immigrants settled...

Edit:
the people really do see themselves as Texans more than Americans
More precise: immigrants from Bavaria.

There is a restaurant in New Braunsfels called Oma Haus. I bet thats German for something 'house'. Hmm does Braunsfels or Schlitterbahn mean anything?
